Humble Beginings

Nass provides large scale and detailed technical demolition, concrete coring and sawing, skilled labour and operator hire. Our services also include Brokk remote-controlled robot operation and plant equipment hire.

Founded in 1991 by Seamus O’Donnell; using his civil trade background, Seamus assembled and led a capable crew known as the “Nass Jackhammer Men”.

The Nass Jackhammer men’s dedication to safety, efficiency and innovation in demolition projects, executed to the highest standards, quickly established Seamus’s venerable reputation in the industry. This reputation has held steadfast since then, across numerous high profile and industry leading projects. Nass obtained a WorkCover Class 1 Unrestricted Demolition Licence in 1996, further solidifying their capabilities as a leader in demolition in NSW.

Today, Nass continues to provide innovative solutions to our clients complex demolition, hazardous waste and site remediation needs. We are consistently investing in new equipment, expanding our fleet of excavators and supporting machinery such as skid steers, demolition robots, and heavy rigid trucks to meet our ever growing customer demands.

Additionally, at Nass we are committed to adopting new technologies, including dustless and noiseless solutions such as concrete pulverisers, pile croppers and wire saws.
